The CSAA is a trade association representing companies providing Central Station protection services. The award recognizes outstanding companies who perform in the highest professional manner, thereby making a significant contribution to the betterment of the alarm industry and the alarm profession while demonstrating exceptional service to their customers and community. DEALER APPRECIATION EVENTS As a big "Thank You" to each of our dealers, COPS Monitoring holds Dealer Appreciation Events in conjunction with the larger industry trade shows. This year, our Bonanza in Las Vegas, NV during ISC West saw an increase in attendance of 25 percent! In addition to enjoying live music, having a fantastic time and, getting a chance to win some really great prizes, each of our more than 700 attendees also benefitted charity just by showing up because COPS made a donation to Mission 500 for every person that attended. ESX kicked off with a bang, as COPS Monitoring held their Dealer Appreciation Event at the Hard Rock Cafe overlooking iconic downtown Nashville .
