ENHANCEMENTS FOR DEALERS Easy Account Information Updates – No more dual entry or "swivel chair" for Alarm.com accounts! Any updates to account information (customer name, phone number or address) made using the Alarm.com Dealer Website, Alarm. comWeb Services, and the Alarm.Com app are automatically updated in MPower! Simple Emergency Contact Management – When customers update their emergency contact information (contact list, call order, verbal passcodes or location phone number) on the Alarm.comMobile App or Customer Website, the information is automatically updated in MPower. Fast SystemOn/Off Test – You can place a system On/Off Test at our Monitoring Station simply by using the Alarm.com Dealer Website or MobileTech. Automatic Zone Sync – When devices are added to or removed from a customer’s system, the zone list (zone ID, sensor description) will be automatically updated in MPower. ENHANCEMENTS FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS In-App Cancel/Verify – The in-app cancel/verify gives your customers the opportunity to respond to alarm events directly and to communicate to COPS when an alarm is either accidental or a real emergency . In-App Panic – The in-app panic feature can expedite the dispatch of emergency personnel when your customers need help.
