Many of the reports and tools on MPower were developed with direct input from our dealers. Each suggestion goes onto our development list where we evaluate its potential functionality improvement, overall system impact, and strength of dealer benefits. We then determine how the programming might interact with development that's currently underway. It's a necessary process that typically takes some time to ensure that good ideas and intentions don't have any negative unintended consequences. Occasionally, we get a suggestion from a dealer at just the right time that allows us to implement them quickly. For instance, here are two dealer suggestions that were implemented recently: MPOWER YOURSELF BY SHARING YOUR SUGGESTIONS ENHANCEMENTS Top 10 Most Managed Accounts: This feature on MPower desktop was suggested by a dealer to help save time by listing the most frequently managed accounts. Top 10 most managed accounts: Please select Manage An Account: Rcvr Account The Account Notes field was added to MPower desktop as a result of a dealer suggestion to help keep track of helpful information such as panel location, programming info, etc. We recently made this field visible on MPower mobile so you can access your notes when you're on the go. Account Notes Field onMobile: Account Notes: 122 characters remaining in your input limit. Panel is located in the far left back room. See the receptionist for the key.
