This year, Elle Daley, COPS Monitoring's Vice President of Branch Operations was featured in a piece called “From Dispatcher to VP”  Catherine(Kat)Tallman ,a13-yearCOPSveteran,waspromoted to Operations Director and will be responsible for the Special Projects Division operating in COPS’ New Jersey and Texas central stations. Kat was also recognized as an industry leader in Security Systems News’ "20 under 40" class of 2013.  T.J. Cornwall joined our sales team as an Account Executive and works from our 8,000 square foot central station in Lewisville, TX. T.J. is a Penn State graduate and worked in Australia as a Key Accounts Manager under the tutelage of Justin Viles co-founder of Google Australia.  Jaimeson Nichols began her tenure with COPS in New Jersey in 2003 and has acquired extensive knowledge in her five years in Data Entry followed by five years on our Dealer Support team. In December 2013, Jaimeson was promoted to a Special Projects position in Data Entry to work with accounts that require a more specialized level of support.  Stephanie Beeman joined COPS in Arizona in 2010 and was promoted to Shift Lead in 2011. December 2013 was an eventful month for Stephanie as she graduated from the University of Phoenix with a BA in Human Services and was promoted to Operations Manager of our Arizona central station .  Dale Marzili started with COPS in New Jersey as a dispatcher in 2001. He relocated to our Arizona central station in 2010 to be the Operations Manager. Dale returned to our New Jersey Headquarters in December 2013 as Assistant Training Manager to share his 12 years of experience at COPS.  Sarah Brooks joined COPS Monitoring in New Jersey as Director of Information Technology in June 2013 and was promoted to Vice President of Information Technology in December. Sarah's experience includes IT positions at Thomson Reuters, Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, TD Bank, and other prominent organizations. She has a BA from Penn State University and earned certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2009. She also attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology's IT Management Master's program, earned her Paralegal Certificate from Rutgers University, and has a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.  Sarah Futia began her tenure with COPS as a dispatcher in 2008 in our New Jersey central station. She relocated to Arizona in 2010 where she earned a position as a Shift Leader in 2011. In the 4th quarter of 2013, Sarah was promoted to Assistant Site Manager of our Arizona central station.  Rebecca McMullen started with COPS in New Jersey in 2008 and worked as a dispatcher while attending school at Widener University. In late 2013, Rebecca was promoted to our Dealer Support team. She graduated in 2013 earning her BS degree in Business Management with minors in marketing, international business, and accounting. In January 2014, she begins her new position as Executive Assistant .  Diane Strockbine joined COPS in New Jersey in 2011 and has been serving our dealers from our Data Entry department on our evening shift for the past two years. In December, Diane was promoted to our Dealer Support Team and is looking forward to serving you in her new role.  Lacey Chamberlain joined COPS in 2012 as a dispatcher in our Arizona central station. In April 2013, Lacey was promoted to Special Projects Assistant where she works with dealers and various COPS departments on special assignments and plays an important role on our new activity analysis team.
