If you have ever tried to call the central station to request information on one of the locations without the account number handy, then you know the confusion it sometimes creates. Here’s a tip: Try editing the account name to include something unique, such as the store number or location. Here are some examples: ACME Store #123, ACME Store #456, ACME North, ACME South, ACME Headquarters, etc. By adding a unique identifier to the name, it could help you (and us) identify the account when you call in for information. Simplify your installs by networking your Silent Knight panels Did you know that multiple Silent Knight IFP-2000 & RPS-2000 installed at the same site can be networked together and transmit signals from a single master panel? This feature eliminates the need for outbound communication paths at each panel. Networked panels can either have a unique account number, or can be setup with the same account number and programmed to transmit the panel ID. If you have any questions on how to setup a networked pane l on MPower, please contact Dealer Support.
