Use account test groups! Have you ever had a customer call in to place their own account on test without realizing their system was tied to another system? If you have customers with office/warehouse systems, strip centers, office parks, industrial parks, or any other situation where more than one account is associated with one another or tested at the same time, then you know testing can often be a source of unnecessary false alarms. The account test group enhancement will help you fix this problem and provide better service. To create an account test group, logon to MPower and choose "Test Group" from the testing menu. Create a group name and group password, then add the associated accounts. Then, when your customers call in to place an account on test that belongs to a group, the central station dispatcher will ask them if they want to place the entire group on test or just a single account. You can also create account test groups for systems that your company often tests together. Creating account test groups makes it easier to place multiple accounts on test at the same time and to prevent false alarms. Search, sort, subtotal, & filter your account service codes with this new report feature The account service code report is now downloadable in both PDF and spreadsheet formats. Both electronic formats are searchable, but the spreadsheet format makes it easier to search, sort, subtotal, filter, and display your service codes the way it makes sense for your business.
