Still, because we have such a profound respect for what it means to represent your business, we never want to forget were we came from or how we got where we are today. With sustained yearly double-digit growth for nearly a decade, and as we continue to prepare our management team to grow the COPS team to 1,000 employees and beyond, each employee is keenly aware how important it is that we continue to pay very close attention to the fundamentals. For this reason, we recently promoted Eric Scrivana to a newly created Operations Project Manager position. In his new role, Eric will provide focused support to our front line management team and will further refine our ability to develop and deploy new services and features while ensuring service excellence and efficient communication amongst all management and team members. In other words, it's Eric's duty to ensure messages and training developed in our corporate office is disseminated and understood by every employee to maintain high quality and consistency of services at each location in COPS’ award-winning network of six UL listed monitoring stations.
